Procedure
On-vehicle adjustment: tighten piston stem to 12.3–14.2 N·m {125–145 kgf·cm, 109–125 in·lbf}, back off 2 1/2 turns, then hold the stem while tightening the locknut. 1994 factory evidence; applicability to 1995–1997 is inferred within the owner-approved NA 1.8 year group.
