Procedure
Warm engine to normal operating temperature; turn all accessories off and wait for coolant fan to stop. Connect timing light/tachometer as specified by the factory procedure. Do not ground the blue one-pin power connector. Disconnect SST or TEN-to-GND jumper before checking this range; verify that timing advances when engine speed is increased. This is not the test-mode base timing setting.
