Procedure
Warm engine to normal operating temperature; turn all accessories off and wait for coolant fan to stop. Connect timing light/tachometer as specified by the factory procedure. Do not ground the blue one-pin power connector. Use factory system selector in SELF TEST or connect TEN to GND at data link connector. Use the white crankshaft-pulley timing mark and the timing-cover reference per the factory inspection procedure. Disconnect SST/jumper after the test.
