Fuel pump maximum-pressure inspection limit (NB2, non-turbo)
This spec doesn't apply to the car you selected.
Not yet checked against the factory manual for your car's year. It's verified in the 2003 Mazda MX-5 Miata Workshop Manual (electronic manual capture); later manuals may differ.

Procedure
Engine stopped, using the complete factory pressure-test setup at the fuel-filter outlet (PDF pp. 713–716), with SST outlet plugged as directed. Operate pump with ignition ON and specified DLC connection. Source labels this maximum pressure and prints a less-than limit; do not substitute it for a normal running rail-pressure target.
Applies to
- NB 2001–2005 (BP-Z3) — Other years inferred from 2003 factory evidence.
